About My Order!:

Can I return Items?

Once I have shipped out the order you cannot get a refund or return the items! If you have entered the incorrect address you will be refunded via credit (only the order amount and not the shipping cost), once I receive the items. If you refuse the package I will NOT refund the order!

I Am Missing Items!

I triple check my orders before I ship them but occasionally I have two orders that are very similar. Depending on the Item I will either refund or ship out a new one! Please do not lie as I do not get a lot of orders and I have to pay the extra shipping fees and material costs!!

Items Damaged during Shipping:

In most cases, I will refund the item/s directly to you. I can’t send a new one because of shipping costs :(

What packaging materials are used?

As of now I package with paper mailers and vellum protector envelopes which can both be recycled! please remove anything that cannot be recycled in your area (tape, sticker glue etc…) and dispose of them properly.

How long does shipping take? + My Items Are Not Shipped Yet!

Usually only a few days but it I get lots of orders it can take up to nine plus days! Please contact me or check your email (and spam folder) if it takes any longer. For order help please email goblinbutterhelp@gmail.com! please do not Dm me on instagram as I may not see the message.

How Do I Fix My Address On An Order?

I usually check my emails before I ship Items so please contact goblinbutterhelp@gmail.com (before it is shipped) If you notice anything wrong. Once it has been shipped contact USPS!
